Abstract

These emails detail the correspondences sent from Library Director, David McCaslin, to faculty and staff from March 11, 2020, to April 3, 2020, which spanned the first two months of classes at Whittier College being online. Email correspondences during these first few months of online classes were often frequent and addressing concerns voices by professors and students alike. These emails provided important updates about how the Wardman Library was adapting its online services to best provide its resources in the changing environment. These emails addressed updates to Moodle, the portal from which students could access course materials and announcements for classes, to provide a better and easier user experience.
