Abstract
The transcript indicates this is the first interview with Mr. and Mrs. G. Hoyt Corbit but it is actually the second interview with Mr. Corbit and first with Mrs. Corbit.
Mr. Corbit explained his mother and Hannah Nixon (Richard's mother) being charter members of the Yorba Linda's Women's Club. He added more memories of Frank Nixon (Richard's father). Mrs. Corbit recalled her experience being taught by Frank Nixon at Sunday school. They also shared how Hannah Nixon was very quiet but had strong character and how in her later years, she would be more vocal about sharing her thoughts on subjects to Richard, while he was Vice-President.
