Program is for the play written by Molière. The play follows Scapin, a diplomatic genius, as he attempts to help Octave and Léandre who have fallen in love with women their fathers don’t approve of. Scapin eventually earns enough money, through tricks and lies, to allow the two men to stay with their chosen partners, while enacting personal revenge in the process. The play ran March 1990 and the program was created by the Whittier College Theatre Department.
