Abstract
This image is of a sign blocking one of the major pathways into Whittier College from Painter Avenue. The sign states that the campus is closed to all public visitors due to the stay-at-home orders from the state of California and Los Angeles County. Visitors would need a Whittier College ID while on campus, and all visitations must be made by appointment. Prior to campus closing, visitors would often walk their dogs through campus, as it is in a residential area. The sign is notably weather-worn and slightly sun-bleached, indicating that it has been placed in this spot for some time.
