Abstract
Mr. Keith Wood went to Whittier High School and Whittier College with Richard Nixon. He recalled that Nixon was a member of Mrs. [Daisy] Vincent's Constitutional Orators' Club in Whittier High. Nixon's speech, "American Progress, Its Dependence upon the Constitution" was chosen as the winner of a contest. He described Nixon as very serious.
