Abstract
Mr. Wood was in the Navy and then the Ottumwa Police Department. Mr. Wood and Nixon once did a jeep patrol together at the Ottumwa Navy Base. He recalled that Nixon was one of nicest officers he ever served under. Nixon would never pull rank towards Mr. Wood.
