Abstract
This project is a business plan, a comprehensive exploration and feasibility study of a proposed business-- with contributing personal and theoretical additions. This study is comprised into three parts which includes a paper, the actual business plan, and a journal while also include excerpts from interviews with Uptown businesses, forecasts, and calculations.
