Abstract
This project is specifically focused on the World Bank and the steady financial growth of Vietnam. This study involves research from Project Loans, along with other sources and presents a picture of the developmental state of the nation of Vietnam. This project also explains the method used by Vietnam and many other nations to obtain Project Loans from the World Bank as well as the story of the Bank itself and its partnership with the United Nations System and how they came to be in Vietnam. This study includes the World Bank history and process, Vietnam’s current situation, the World Bank in Vietnam, and the role of the UNDP and the UN System. This project also includes a video, a conclusion and three appendix sections. The first section are facts from Rural Development, the second is a listing of the current Projects in Vietnam along with summaries of each one, and the third is Thematic Initiatives under the UNDAF.
