Abstract

This project talks about how leaders of color are perceived at their institutions by there administrators, colleagues, and students as well as the type of leadership style they use while at these institutions. In addition, this paper will discuss the different struggles and challenges that Black, Latino, Woman of color, Asians, and Queer leaders of color face in higher education.
