Abstract

This project is to explain a business plan for an Authentic Italian Restaurant. It is an independent service industry under the sole proprietorship of Ashley Dyer with a few private and potential investors. The mission statement of the restaurant, Epifania, is to support the cultural and culinary expectations of authentic Italian cuisine. The Epifania is based in Portland, Oregon. The primary goal at Epifania is to develop and offer a culturally genuine dining experience in an environment that reflects our mission.
