Abstract
This project is a report that surveys the “Biotech Age” expansion and the resulting ethical dilemmas in regards to human cloning while providing an analysis of ethical, scientific, and legal policy. This project is split into sections which discuss the Biotech Age including the Biotech trends, recent legal and scientific breakthroughs, and insight into controversy. This project revolves around the science of cloning human beings, ethical dilemma and legal background. In conclusion a cloning bill is proposed by the scholar.
