Abstract
This senior project details the process of creating the Whittier College Bulletin Board System (BBS). The Whittier College BBS was intended to facilitate intelligent, aware, and concerned communication about important and current events. Within the project are sections for the Details of Operation, Summary, Technical Discussions of Problems with Code and Implementation, Statistics, Source Code Listing, and BBS Log. Appendix B is a hard copy sample of the Whittier College BBS.
