Abstract
Program is for the play by Lanford Wilson. The play follows the murder of Skelly Mannor, a local recluse, by Nelly Windord, a woman who believed he was committing rape when in fact he was attempting to stop it. Set in the once prominent mining town of Eldritch, Missouri, the play explores topics of rape and murder through the community perspective. The play was directed by Jack deVries and ran May 1973. Program was created by the Whittier College Theatre Department.
