Abstract
In this letter, Florence tells Lorena about a recent minor earthquake, the changing seasons, and her teaching and writing schedule. This letter was originally delivered to Lorena Blott's mother, who forwarded it on to Lorena and included her own note about the happenings of her Quaker congregation.
