Abstract
In this letter, Florence hopes that when she turns 80 in a little over a year, she'll have more time to be social. She writes a rubaiyat for Mr. Blotts, who is sick, and reports that the latest issue of Contemporary Japan has been published. It includes an article on fans that Florence helped with. She wishes she could vote for Nixon and asks Lorena about smog in Whittier.
