This study includes personal details of the coaches such as record and accomplishments, past and personality, central beliefs about basketball and special characteristics, organization of practice and role of assistants, and recruiting. For a final summary there is a reflection regarding common characteristics, similar beliefs with different interpretations, different outcomes, contracts and conclusion.
