Abstract
This project is a cross-cultural study of Danish education. This student examined Kindergarten-Second grade education in both Denmark and California while also interviewing teachers and administrators. This project focused on student-teacher rations, teacher training, discipline policy, and Coordinated School Start. There is also a brief comparison with the American system as well as information from current literature, interviews and observations.
