Abstract

This project is a production notebook which is compiled of production schedules, outreach promotions, production meeting notes, photography and DVD, production prompt/cue book, post-production commentary and personal journal. The first section includes a flyer for auditions, form for those trying out as well as an empty to be filled in schedule, music score with choreographic, a Call Back flyer, and cast list. Also included is the rehearsal schedule, for acting, music, specific calls, rehearsal monthly schedule, German accent sheet, fitting calls, production schedule. Cast information, contact, shoe, band information. The second section contains a promotion plan which in itself includes the poster design, postcard creation and distribution, set ideas, ticket forms and prices. This project also includes a menu that premiered for the CI Lunch schedule for opening day. The third section includes production meeting notes including costume. The fourth section is several photos and taken with labels and a recording of a performance.The fifth section is the prompt and cue book which operates as a base script which includes light cues, spot cues, set cues, blocking notes and the formalized choreography notes of the production. The next section is a post-production commentary.
