Abstract
Effective schools literature seeks to prove that the students can achieve academic mastery independent of discrimination. The program utilized to educate the student is what makes the difference in education, All of the programs on effective schools have a great many similarities. Each program appears to emphasize different factors that each school believes are the influencing factors in achieving effectiveness. It is necessary to develop a program for each school separately because the faculty and students may require special programs. Based on the research covered in this review, I found the following variables to be the most important: management leadership, school climate or environment, curriculum, along with teachers’ or schools’ expectation and Measurement of effectiveness of the goals.
