Abstract
This project is an issue analysis of the medical malpractice crisis in America. It is intended to provide a general understanding of the forces at work in this complex issue. The project has a primary focus on the national economic impact, and explores the negative repercussions on the medical field as well. Through the consolidation and presentation of data, this project explains the causes, effects, and possible solutions towards the medical malpractice crisis in the United States.
