Abstract

My main focus in creating this business plan is to map out how to run a schedule of operations. This is the type of business plan that a benefit calls for, instead of creating a business plan for the creation of a new business or venture. My main objective in creating this business plan for a benefit concert is to be able to create something tangible that I can share, as well as share the real world knowledge that I have gained in researching, and putting together this business plan. With this project I have gained real music industry knowledge in terms of the research that I have done for this project, and through my education in getting my degree in music and business and applying it to this project.
