Abstract
This project examines homelessness in Copenhagen, Tijuana, and Los Angeles. An in-depth analysis is created by exploring the histories, governmental systems, housing policies, and issues of each city and its respective country. The project concludes by stating that the paradigm that people and policy makers have about homelessness must change or else homelessness will become a permanent feature of our landscapes.
