Abstract
In this letter, Florence reports that she is enjoying a book that Lorena sent her and has been sharing it with the other people who are on-board the ship she is taking to return to Japan. The weather for the ship's crossing has been choppy. She closes by writing a series of poems for their shared acquaintances in the style of the book that she was gifted.
