Abstract

In this typewritten letter, Florence asks Lorena to forward a Japanese student's letter to a mutual friend, who is the student's prospective pen-pal. She shares that Japan is planning a World's Exposition in 1940, and she hopes that the Blotts will visit Japan for that event. She closes with some musings on Japanese language and its possible relationship to Mu, as well as her paused progress on the fan book.
