Abstract
This project begins with observations of Argentina's financial crisis and its governmental reforms such as building new infrastructure. This paper provides historical context such as the transfer of power from Raul Alfonsin Radical administration to Carlos Menem’s Peronist administration to analyze Argentina’s economic shape. This study includes Menem’s reforms which regards Inflation, Industry Production, Privatization, Foreign Exchange Rates, Foreign Debt, Relations with Britain and The Ary. Once context is explained the paper then discusses Argentina and the Persian Gulf War.
